The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a
Director of Marketing & Communication
to lead our Marketing department. The Director of Marketing & Communication oversees marketing and communication efforts to build brand awareness while furthering the overall mission of Buckeye Ranch. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and assuring implementation of the organization’s marketing and communication strategies.

What You’ll Do
Ensure attainment of Buckeye Ranch’s marketing and communication activities through the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of human resources.
Develop the Marketing and Communications Budget, including management of expenses. Provides general oversight of all of Buckeye Ranch’s marketing activities, manages the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, and monitors adequacy of activities through coordination with staff.
Appropriately represent The Buckeye Ranch to internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and media.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with program leadership to understand their marketing and communication needs.
Raise awareness of The Buckeye Ranch and its primary goals through outreach efforts, events, media, and public relations.
Create marketing and communication collateral for use internally and externally.
Primary administrator of website content management system.
Create and implement Social Media plan for the organization, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and mission of the Buckeye Ranch.

Qualifications
Who you are
You have a related bachelor's degree; masters preferred.
You have five years of Marketing & Communications experience.
You have prior supervisory experience.
You have proven computer skills within Microsoft, Marketing & Design applications, WordPress, Social Media platforms, and more.
You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
