Partner, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $800,000 / year USD role at Trilogy. The position leads the national facilities pillar with full P&L ownership across 25–30 campuses, including new builds and major upgrades. You will build AI-first playbooks to accelerate each expansion cycle and drive rapid, scalable growth in a private equity-backed model.

What You Will Be Doing
- Commanding the national facilities pillar with full P&L ownership across 25–30 campuses, including new builds and major upgrades
- Leading and scaling a high‑performance team (SVP + VPs + staff) with direct authority over execution
- Developing and enforcing global standards that ensure consistency and excellence across all physical environments
- Creating AI‑first playbooks that systematically eliminate friction and accelerate each expansion cycle
- Reporting directly to the founder while driving cross‑functional coordination to meet non‑negotiable deadlines

Basic Requirements

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
