People Operations Manager

A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to support the full employee lifecycle and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the People Ops team to build and maintain processes related to talent acquisition and employee lifecycle

Oversee daily People operations, ensuring smooth execution of policies and procedures

Support day-to-day administration of People programs, including onboarding and offboarding processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a People Operations and / or Human Resources role

Solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment and performance management

Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws

Experience with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms

Strong partnership skills within People org and cross-functional teams
