Position Overview

The firm seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years) with civil litigation experience in business and commercial disputes . This role offers a robust mix of client interaction, complex legal strategy, and courtroom involvement. What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle cases from inception to resolution , including discovery, depositions, and trial prep
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, pleadings, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis for high-stakes commercial matters
• Manage client communications and strategy in collaboration with partners
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives
