FT Partners is seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Jr. Associate to join its Equity Research Department. This position offers direct exposure to the rapidly evolving FinTech sector and the opportunity to work closely with Senior Research Analysts on research, analysis, and client-facing projects. The role will also include mentoring and managing junior research analysts. Potential for lead coverage responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the FinTech industry, including market trends, economic drivers, and technology developments.
• Support Senior Analysts in the research process, including building and maintaining financial models, conducting fundamental analysis, and writing detailed research reports.
• Manage and mentor junior research analysts, ensuring the team produces high-quality work.
• Generate investment ideas and contribute to the creation of research materials, presentations, and notes on covered companies and industry topics.
• Interact with clients, corporate management teams, and internal teams, providing insights and presenting research findings.
• Analyze financial data and market trends to evaluate companies' financial health, valuation, and market potential.
