Position Summary :

Seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil litigation and a strong understanding of business law, personal injury, and related practice areas. This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and litigate civil cases from inception through trial and appeal
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal documents
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues
• Maintain compliance with deadlines and legal standards
