Job Summary

The Program Specialist (LEPS Business Transformation) will support strategic transformation initiatives across the Large Electric Power Solutions (LEPS) division. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the division's strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market. The Program Specialist will support transformation efforts, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver impactful change while fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Executing transformation initiatives to enable the LEPS / GAM business to achieve 2030 power gen growth objectives and in direct support of Key Strategic Initiatives.
• Managing metrics, dashboards and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and govern transformation processes
• Responsible for prioritizing tactical and strategic improvement ideation, inclusive of business case development
• Coordinating cross-functional teams that will deliver the continuous improvement and transformation needed to positively impact the business
• Supporting commercial and operational organizations in the evaluation of KPI performance challenges to identify necessary root causes and improvement opportunities

Summary Pay Range : $126,000.00 - $189,000.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
