Job Description

Create and maintain customer price files and new item forms.

Verify / monitor pricing and discounting on all products, for selected chain customers, in all sales centers.

Respond to an increasing number of customer requests regarding key accounts. Coordinate this activity with Key Account Managers and be prepared to suggest solutions and ways to improve efficiencies.

Process customer program related invoices, including creating / processing the PO for customer payment and submitting for all related marketing support.

Update weekly and monthly planner and update the Ad Tracker for designated customers.

Communicate continually with coworkers, sales centers, and customers via face-to-face, email, telephone, and written correspondence. Build rapport with customers by maintaining a one-on-one relationship with the proper person in the proper department(s).

Pull sales numbers from VIP system for respective accounts for review.

Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers and Large Format Director using systems and tools specific to the company and job.

Miscellaneous other office duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Pay Rate : $19.00 - $20.00 an hour based on experience!

Shift : Monday-Friday Only!
