Key Responsibilities

Prepare thorough project bids and estimates for a variety of rebuild scenarios, including large-loss and full-home restoration work.

Proactively source, qualify, and manage subcontractors to handle specialized tasks across multiple trades.

Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring all phases of the rebuild are executed efficiently and to SERVPRO's standards.

Develop and manage material and labor budgets, reviewing costs regularly to keep projects on track and cost-effective.

Work with local county, city, and township officials to obtain the necessary permits and schedule required inspections.

Supervise and mentor field crews, subcontractors, and project managers, including delegating tasks for large, complex rebuilds.

Perform site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.

Willingness to learn and follow SERVPRO's remediation protocols to integrate reconstruction seamlessly with mitigation efforts.
