Key Responsibilities
Oversee and administer incoming legal requests, ensuring accurate processing and filing of legal documents
Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents and provide training on legal processes to other teams
Assist management and corporate counsel with daily functions and maintain document retention and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Three years of experience in legal, risk management, or operational compliance, preferably in a financial institution
Bachelor's degree in a related field or one additional year of relevant experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrated experience with core banking systems
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
