Staff Accountant - $55k-$65k / annually DOE!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Staff Accountant for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $55k-$65k / annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform monthly reconciliations between bank statements and entries in the ERP system to ensure all records align and are correct.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to issue invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage receivables ledger.
• Work closely with the operations team and vendors to ensure all bills are received and recorded.
• Process payment requests and manage the payables ledger to ensure timely payments.
• Assist in processing reimbursement claims and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock-in and stock-out transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and submit financial reports on a regular basis
• Prepare and update inventory levels on a regular basis
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support broader operational and financial goals.

Location : Katy, TX

Schedule / Shift Details : Monday-Friday 8-5PM

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required.

Two years or more of related experience required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in accounting and software.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
