Our team operates at the intersection of innovation and impact, leading integrated communications for key initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you'll directly influence Walmart's community outreach and philanthropic storytelling, connecting our giving strategy with business goals and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies to elevate Walmart's reputation and philanthropic impact.
• Advise senior leaders and serve as a high-level spokesperson on community and giving initiatives.
• Lead creative, integrated digital and media campaigns; monitor and measure results.
• Foster relationships with media, bloggers, and key stakeholders; manage public relations opportunities and issues.
• Partner cross-functionally to empower associates and communities, driving engagement and local giving culture.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area OR 7 years' experience in public relations, communications, or relevant area. 2 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
