Support and Commissioning Technician

As a Support and Commissioning Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality AV solutions by working closely with our Project and Support teams. This is not just a job—it's an opportunity to expand your skills, grow your career, and be part of an exciting and dynamic team.

What You'll Do :

• ? Install & Configure AV systems both in our Dallas office and onsite locations
• ? Review & Interpret system drawings, specs, and technical manuals
• ? Ensure Quality of installations with SIMStation standards
• ? Collaborate & Troubleshoot with project teams for optimal performance
• ? Provide Support for service contracts and technical troubleshooting
• ? Travel (Up to 25%) to customer sites for installations & testing

What We're Looking For :

• ?? 6+ months of AV installation experience in a professional setting
• ?? Hands-on experience with power tools & assembly
• ?? Knowledge of low-voltage standards & construction processes (preferred)
• ?? Ability to adapt, learn, and excel using SIMStation technologies
