Job Responsibilities

A Program Coordinator spends the bulk of their time managing customer communications, responding to inquiries, coordinating with estimating and design, order entry, and keeping projects on a tight timeline while delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role

A demonstrated history of strong project management is required. A background in the electric signage industry, or construction field would be helpful.

• BA degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Skilled and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Minimum of 2 years account management experience.
• Possess high level customer service skills / phone etiquette.
• Ability to keep many details organized.
• Follow-up skills are a must.

This job is onsite and will be filled in Jacksonville, TX (near Tyler TX) or Racine, WI. It is full-time, M-F.
