Hours : 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Pay : $18.50 / hour to start, with incentive pay potential up to $23 / hour after 90 days

What You'll Do Each Day

As an Assembly Worker, you'll help build and package high-quality medical phototherapy products (similar to tanning beds) used in healthcare settings. Daily responsibilities include :

• Assembling medical phototherapy equipment using hand and mechanical tools
• Finishing and packaging components and products according to specifications
• Maintaining a neat, organized, and safe work area
• Participating in production meetings and team collaboration
• Assisting with training new team members when needed
• Following all safety and quality standards
• Performing other related duties as assigned to support production goals
