job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct seasonal maintenance and system inspections (furnaces, A / Cs, heat pumps, etc.) Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues Educate homeowners on system operation and energy-saving practices Keep detailed, accurate records of services and materials used Maintain a clean, safe work environment on every job site Stay informed on emerging HVAC technology and industry best practices Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience (preferably residential) EPA 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor areas Able to safely operate ladders and hand / power tools Every day offers new challenges and the chance to be a hero to our customers We invest in your personal and professional developmentbecause your success is our success!
