ABOUT THE ROLE

Windsor is seeking motivated individuals who love to learn and grow their skills, and who want to help their teammates do the same. The Senior Mechanical Engineer & PM will drive innovation and excellence in HVAC project delivery, leading teams to create efficient, sustainable solutions while fostering strong client relationships and mentoring junior members. Their consulting and technical expertise will be crucial in optimizing building systems, ensuring quality control, and managing multiple projects efficiently, ultimately contributing to improved energy efficiency and occupant comfort in diverse built environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Demonstrate Windsor's core values : The Right Attitude, Ownership, and Constant Improvement.
• Manage projects (As "Lead" and / or "PM" when assigned)
• Responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)
• Act as Engineer of Record
• Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long-term relationships
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside ofthe company (including clients)
• Able to effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
• Assist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities
• Able to effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget
• Mentoring / training of junior team members
• Responsible for quality and following Windsor's Quality Management Plan (QMP)
• Develop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines
• Coordinate with other disciplines
