The Opportunity with McKinstry

We are currently seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our New Construction team as a member of our Engineering and Design division. Our New Construction team supports our internal design-build project teams delivering new ground-up projects as well as our larger tenant improvement projects within existing buildings. We also work directly with owners and architects on non-design-build projects. We have a focus on commercial, life science, and industrial projects but also do projects outside those sectors. We are looking for an engineering leader who is capable of flexing across multiple markets and taking on new challenges.

Because of our design, build, operate, and maintain (DBOM) process, McKinstry engineers concern themselves not just with the construction of a building, but how it will operate over its entire lifetime. Every design choice is made toward one goal – delivering high-performance buildings that ensure occupant comfort and safety, keep energy / operating costs low, maximize client profitability, and protect the environment. The pay range for this position is $95,310 -$147,915 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
