Responsibilities
- Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
- Help the assigned Departments meet their goals and may be responsible for meeting shift targets.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.Positive team players with a flexible schedule who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment.You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.Compensation and Benefits
Hiring for Experienced Shift Managers up to $19.00 per hour with a Shift Differential for Closing Shifts : an additional $4.00 per hour when working closing shifts Monday–Sunday.
