Overview
Join our dynamic Entrepreneurship Marketing Team, where innovation meets opportunity. We are committed to supporting entrepreneurs at every stage of growth and increasing brand permission through strategic marketing initiatives. This role supports EY's flagship Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) program and broader entrepreneurship community initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide operations, execution and project coordination support for two EOY programs
- Serve as a key point of contact for program information for internal and external stakeholders, in partnership with the Entrepreneurship Community Manager and EOY Program Director
- Assist in development and maintenance of EOY target lists and coordinate with the EOY leadership team
- Manage the creative calendar and request process for all marketing materials for programs, working with designers
- Provide quality review of creative materials prior to distribution
- Assist with development of presentations and training materials
- Help create agendas for program team calls with the Entrepreneurship Community Manager
- Create entrepreneurship-focused communications based on national templates
- Manage site visit scheduling communication process
- Assist in event script and presentation development as needed
- Conduct research related to EOY targeting, pipeline, sponsor identification, judges, WW, and EAN
- Own UX database data entry throughout each EOY program lifecycle
- Process EOY applications and train program support staff to ensure applications are fully processed
- Utilize GDS resources for task completion as assigned
- Support collection of program deliverables (interview forms, executive summaries, nominee photos, etc.) with EOY nominees and EY relationship owner
- Manage invoicing for sponsors, gala patrons and attendees with finance; proactively track all revenue for each program
- Represent EY professionally to nominees, sponsors, judges and other constituents throughout the program lifecycle
- Engage with peer networks to share knowledge and best practices
- Participate in national-level project teams to enhance the program
- Attend and provide support for EOY and SGF events
- Support local execution of WW and EAN programs and alumni programming as appropriate

Bachelor's degree, with focus on Business Administration, Marketing or Communications (preferred)3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, events, business development or project managementExperience synthesizing information and serving as an organizational connectorExperience tracking invoices and managing a budgetMultitasking and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in person and virtuallyStrong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and CVentWhat We Look For
