Job Description

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join the transactional practice of its Atlanta, GA, Financial Institutions Litigation & Regulation Group. The practice focuses on capital markets, M&A, corporate governance, and financial and regulatory matters for banks, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions. This position offers great opportunities for long-term career growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a large law firm
• Experience in Corporate Securities & M&A
• Drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong academic background
• JD-MBA or LLM in Banking & Financial Law
