JOB SUMMARY :

The Finance Manager is responsible for bringing the dealership and the customer together in a legally binding contract in a mutually beneficial manner, which must be done with integrity and conscientious execution of this duty. The Finance Manager's role is to service both the dealership and the customer by ethically serving the customer's best interests while contributing to the dealership's profitability. The Finance Manager is held accountable of the performance of the dealership financing operation, including building relationships with lenders, selling insurance programs as well as prepare the loan documentation for submission to the lender. The finance manager is expected to work with dealer principals and desk managers to determine which lenders will be best for each customer's financing situation.

SCHEDULE :

Monday - Friday : 9 : 45am - 7 : 00pm

Saturday : 9 : 00am -6 : 00pm

Sunday : CLOSED

COMPENSATION :

Starting Salary of $90,000 based on experience level WITH BONUS OPPORTUNITIES!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Participate in vehicle purchases in progress and help Solution Advisors close deals.
• Address & solve delayed funding problems by collecting documentation requested by lenders, when needed.
• Focus daily on opportunities to sell extended service contracts, tire and wheel, GAP and Etch, that will enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience.
• Disclose all aspects of the sale, including finance charges and interest rates to the buyer.
• Prepares all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders
• Monitor, direct and participate in the recovery of delivered-status vehicles that must be repossessed, when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete customer follow-up as necessary and respond to customer phone calls and inquiries
• Demonstrate a high-level of personal and professional standards for staff to follow.
• Maintain a professional appearance based on the company dress code.
