Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Ensure the whole team receives proper training / coaching and supervision
- Drives with scheduling, hiring, onboarding
- Full ownership of all team members' performance development and reviews, promotions, and terminations
- Ensure full compliance of all opening and closing procedures
- Resolve customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency
- P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :
