What Will You Do?

Ensure staff attendance, proper grooming, and adherence to uniform standards.

Schedule and assign daily tasks, adjust shifts as needed, and conduct pre-shift meetings to relay pertinent updates.

Oversee onboarding and training of new employees and conduct mid-year and annual performance reviews.

Monitor daily sales, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare payroll tips and hours for bi-weekly submission.

Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain par levels for menus, wine lists, and equipment.

Inspect the restaurant environment for cleanliness, readiness, and compliance with service standards, addressing any deficiencies promptly.

Update the POS system with menu changes and ensure availability of current offerings.

Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints tactfully, and foster positive guest relations.

Complete monthly inventories of liquor and wine, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and address maintenance or repair needs.

Ensure all closing duties are completed before staff sign out to maintain operational readiness.

Other duties as required.

What You Bring

Experience working in a restaurant setting

Knowledge of safety initiatives in compliance with OSHA guidelines

Education in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration or similar required

If applicable, must meet required minimum age to serve alcohol
