Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present suitable final expense insurance solutions based on client profiles
• Close sales in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales in CRM tools
• Attend training sessions and team meetings remotely
• Adhere to compliance standards and client confidentiality protocols

Compensation & Growth :

– Fewer than 5 deals / month : 24%

– 5–9 deals / month : 26%

– 10–14 deals / month : 28%

– 15–19 deals / month : 30%

– 20+ deals / month : 32%
