Program Manager - Crashworthy

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Program Manager to lead Crashworthy production activities, support new product development, and foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, ERP systems, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time delivery of new product development milestones and production outputs.
  • Promote company mission, vision, and values through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prime contractors and government agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Manage large volumes of data for reporting, compliance, and record keeping.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and cost / budget analysis.
  • Strong understanding of government contract regulations and export compliance.
