Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough audits of I-9 forms and organize employee files to meet compliance standards.
- Manage the HR inbox, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
- Monitor and enforce credentialing compliance to adhere to established regulations.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks related to human resources, including maintaining records and handling high-volume workloads.
- Collaborate with team members to improve HR workflows and maintain data integrity.
- Utilize HRIS systems and Microsoft Suite tools to track and manage employee information.
- Assist with background checks and employment verification processes.
- Proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of basic employment laws.
- Ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance-related practices.
- Task-oriented mindset with a focus on completing assignments thoroughly.
