The Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is hiring full- time or part-time  Customer Service Representatives to join our outstanding team!

  • FVRC is a fast-paced specialty / emergency hospital that is continuing to grow.
  • We are in the process of expanding our CSR team to meet the needs of our community - come and grow your career in vet med with us.
  • No overnight CSR Shifts.
  • We have a variety of shifts available on weekdays and weekends.

Compensation :

  • $16- 17 / hr based on experience, plus an additional $2 / hr shift differential from 7pm-10pm!  Qualifications : Excellent communication skills Have a commitment to continuing to advance your client service skills Possess strong organizational skills with near impeccable attention to detail An ability to engage in active problem-solving vs problem identification.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience working in an a Veterinary Specialty, Emergency, and / or a large high-volume day practice Organized and comfortable with new technologies The ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities of a CSR :

  • Work closely with the medical staff facilitating exceptional communication.
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients establishing the excellent client care that is present throughout the hospital Manage a high call volume and mutli-phone line system Process payments, refunds and cash handling Appropriately record information and maintain medical records Maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced enviornment Embrace the practice's core values, standards of care, mission statement and practice philosophy As a hospital, we are committed to the advancement of those looking to level up.
