Manager of Radiation Therapy – Palm Springs, CA

Compensation : $63.60–$96.15 / hour

A leading healthcare provider in Palm Springs is seeking a Manager of Radiation Therapy to oversee operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in the Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate radiation therapy staff while ensuring compliance with EMC policies and regulatory standards.

Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment focused on retention, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Maintain survey-readiness and implement process improvements to enhance quality and satisfaction.

Monitor treatment schedules, documentation accuracy, and clinical workflows to minimize delays and support optimal patient outcomes.

Address patient and staff concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery.

Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience in a radiation therapy setting.

In-depth knowledge of clinical operations, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
