The Quality Manager - Service Support will lead and manage a team performing Quality assessments and analysis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manages a team who evaluates work to ensure it meets company and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
• Maintain quality metrics, performance benchmarks, and review criteria that guide the quality assessment process. Ensure consistency and accuracy across all assessments.
• Provide ongoing training for quality assessment staff to ensure they are up to date with industry regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality assessment process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas of concern. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, findings, and improvement opportunities to the business.
• Collaborate with cross department leadership to drive improvement and understand the task their teams perform help mitigate risk.
• Manage employee performance and career progression.
