A company is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance in the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS

Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership

Lead and manage the annual budget process while optimizing cash flow and working capital

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in financial analysis within the SaaS industry

Deep understanding of SaaS-specific financial metrics such as MRR, ARR, and CAC

Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
