We are looking for a Order Fulfillment Coordinator . This role combines data entry, inbound call support, and customer service, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. What You’ll Do :
Accurately enter customer orders received via phone, fax, mail, or email into our order entry system.
Answer inbound calls, assist customers in placing orders, and verify details to ensure accuracy.
Provide friendly, knowledgeable support—helping customers with product information, order questions, returns, and credits.
Review and double-check orders for accuracy, ensuring customers receive the correct products every time.
Rotate through different responsibilities, assisting in other departments (such as retail or fulfillment) when needed.
Use provided tools and resources—training manuals, quick reference guides, and team support—to learn, grow, and succeed.
Solve problems by applying sound judgment to unique customer situations while following company guidelines.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills—friendly, professional, and solution-focused.
Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls while maintaining accuracy in data entry.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist across departments as needed.
Comfort working independently while also collaborating with a supportive team.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided.

Pay Details : $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
