Administrative Assistant
We are working with a small business in the Clearwater area looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience working with clients. This is a temporary, first shift opportunity. The right person for this role will have experience handling :
- Client questions, order processing, and inputting data to Excel and some experience with Adobe is strongly preferred.
- Help with the production team to finalize projects like placing printed items in binders, or working with three hole punches.
- Answering phones
- Creating print files for the production team
