Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales partners, fellow Account Managers, Clients and Agency contacts to collaboratively own the client relationship
- Be a key client contact, responsible for fostering client relationships, planning media investment and delivering highly effective media plans for a set of clients within your aligned client pod
- Lead client communications, including status calls, ad-hoc requests and timely email responses
- Collaborate with internal Account Management Lead and Client on campaign proposals including intake, audience strategy, media mix recommendations, creative and overarching plans aligned with campaign goals and past performance
- Manage full campaign life cycle : kick-off calls, monitoring in-flight performance, end-of-campaign reporting and invoice management
- Ensure campaigns spend in full with cross-sell / up-sell opportunities by leveraging data-driven media strategy within reporting
- Translate client goals and potential pain points into actionable media campaigns
- Present campaign insights and metrics to clients with strong storytelling and clear conclusions
- Manage a high volume of promotion and media campaign plans, maintaining pipeline, timelines, and tasks
- Develop and present strategically crafted campaign measurement and insights to clients
- Collaborate to resolve campaign performance issues and create innovative solutions for changing client needs
- Interface with cross-departmental contacts to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Operate independently to ensure success of client relationships and campaign management
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
5+ years of proven digital media experienceAbility to build partnerships and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a passion for using data insights to drive client performanceExperience within publisher, agency or retail preferredExperience building strategic media plans and recommendations preferredStrong time management and project management skills, with proven ability to balance multiple projectsStrong attention to detail, communication, organization and prioritization skillsStrong presentation skillsPay Transparency and Benefits
The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.In addition to salary, this position is eligible for variable compensation.Benefits include Health (Medical, Dental, Vision), Wealth (401(k) with Roth option and matching, Health Savings Account with matching, AD&D and supplemental insurance), and Happiness (Hybrid work environment, paid time off, vacation, wellness days, holidays, and family leave).Pay Range
$75,000 - $136,850 USD
