GEE Group is working with a manufacturer in the automotive industry seeking a Controls Engineer to take command of systems, streamline production, and keep everything firing on all cylinders.

Here’s the core of it :

  • Lead the design, programming, and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC systems
  • Drive automation improvements across complex, high-speed equipment
  • Partner with maintenance, engineering, and production to optimize uptime and output
  • Read electrical schematics like a second language
  • Identify root causes, implement fixes, and keep the line humming

What they’re looking for :

  • Strong experience with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal
  • Hands-on with electrical controls, sensors, HMIs, and field wiring
  • Automotive or high-volume manufacturing background preferred
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t wait to be told what’s broken—they're already fixing it
