A company is looking for a VP of National Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive national revenue growth by managing and closing sales with self-funded employer prospects and brokers
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and identify customer targets
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers and consultants to enhance business relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
15 years of experience in employee benefit commercial sales and design
Expertise in Employer, Private Equity, Public Sector, Labor & Trust, or Tribal membership markets
Demonstrable success in consultative sales / business development roles in complex healthcare services
Deep knowledge of employee benefits and self-funded employer groups
