What You’ll Do

• Lead brand advertising and communications from strategy through execution and ongoing cultural activations, owning the creative journey.
• Drive integrated campaigns across TV, social, partnerships, PR, influencer programs, and activations for in-year executions and culture moments.
• Inspire a team to stay rooted in the mission of helping people grow and care for living things, while embracing agile ways of working.
• Partner with internal teams (e.g., Insights, Digital) and external agencies to deliver bold, on-time, effective creative; actively manage agency relationships and accelerate decision-making.
• Mentor and lead a team of three direct reports (Art Director, Copywriter, Integrated Marketing Manager) to think bigger and braver.
• Engage in strategic discussions with North American leadership teams, facilitating collaborations across creative and cross-functional partners to increase cultural relevance of our brands.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting budgeted pay range for this role generally falls between $175,700.00 - $206,700.00 per year. Pay is determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. This role is incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs. For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state-required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
