What You'll Do
Partner with the GM and other professionals to grow the electrical line of businessManage the department budgetLead and supervise a team of residential electriciansMonitor job flow, scheduling, and service qualityEnsure compliance with electrical codes and safety standardsManage inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operationsSupport electricians with training, guidance, and inspectionsServe customers with prompt responsiveness and integrityCommunicate with customers and resolve service issuesOversee performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll approvalsChampion company values and foster a positive team cultureWhat You Bring
High school diploma or equivalentMaster Electrician License (required)Valid Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle report (Required)3+ years of management experience in the electrical or construction field, preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practicesReady to Lead the Charge?
