Resumen :
Utiliza soldadores robóticos para soldar componentes de cilindros hidráulicos, varillas y tubos según las especificaciones proporcionadas. Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen, entre otras, la configuración de accesorios, la fijación de componentes, la supervisión y alimentación del soldador robótico, el mantenimiento de la calidad de la soldadura y los componentes, el uso de programas informáticos y la limpieza y el mantenimiento necesarios.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Esenciales :
- Soldar componentes de cilindros hidráulicos, varillas y tubos.
- Fijar los componentes que van a ser soldados por el robot.
- Suministrar las piezas al robot con el menor tiempo de inactividad posible.
- Mantener las salpicaduras de soldadura al mínimo, utilizando protectores y / o inhibidores de salpicaduras, según corresponda.
- Eliminar las salpicaduras con equipos manuales o eléctricos, según sea necesario.
- Supervisar y corregir los defectos de soldadura (solapamiento en frío, porosidad, socavado, etc.).
- Realizar el mantenimiento diario del robot (limpieza, comprobación de conexiones sueltas, etc.).
- Introduce la información necesaria en el ordenador.
- Completa las hojas de ruta según el siguiente proceso requerido.
