We are seeking a responsible Pretreatment Equipment Technician, to provide preventative maintenance and service for the water treatment industry. This is a full-time role covering the Great Plains region. The ideal candidate will be plug and play with a minimum of 4 years' experience in pretreatment equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities for Pretreatment Equipment Technician :
Equipment being serviced includes (but not limited to) water softeners, water filter systems, reverse osmosis systems, Chlorine Dioxide systems, high purity water systems, Portable Exchange tanksLead installations, start-ups, and troubleshooting jobsMechanical abilities to analyze problems, take apart water treatment equipment, diagnose, and repairEquipment project new installation and system rebuildsMake repair recommendations to customers and salesforce on equipment systemsCommunicate with customer on site contact regarding the status of water treatment equipment systemsGenerate accurate service reports for site visits and submit them to Account Manager to collaborate on solutions to outstanding issues and upsell opportunitiesUse proper PPE at customer job sites and when handling chemical productsOrganize, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance account visitsMaintain tools, PPE, truck stock, and cleanlinessRequirements :
Qualifications for Pretreatment Equipment Technician :
Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude.Must be in good physical condition and pass a Human Performance Evaluation : Frequent walking to customer sites, may perform physical work such as climbing stairs or ladders, removing media, installing equipment. Capable of lifting heavy loads of at least 75 pounds.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time driving to customer sites.Must be willing to work in environments with hot and cold temperatures, exposure to chemicals, noise, wearing proper PPE on face, ears, hands.Maintain up to date calendar on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.Good organizational skills.Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel.Minimum Requirements :
Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and Drug ScreeningHigh School or GED Equivalent, Technical Degree or military service preferred.Must be able to communicate in English and ability to read proficiently in EnglishMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Must currently be 18 years of ageOvernight Travel may be requiredExperience :
