We are seeking a highly\norganized and technically adept Release Manager to lead and\ncoordinate the release lifecycle across software, firmware, hardware, and machine\nlearning. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration and delivery\nof complex, multi-disciplinary products that power our next- generation\nconnected solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product management,\nquality assurance, and operations teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks,\nand deliver high-quality releases on time.
In your role as Release Manager at Kohler Ventures you will :
a. Own the\n end-to-end release process across software, firmware, hardware, and ML\n pipelines.
b. Define and\n manage release schedules, milestones, and gates in collaboration with\n cross-functional teams.
c. Coordinate\n release readiness reviews, go / no-go decisions, and post-release\n retrospectives.
a. Ensure\n alignment between software, firmware, hardware, and algorithmic\n components.
b. Manage\n versioning, compatibility, and integration testing across disciplines.
c. Collaborate\n with MLOps teams to integrate model training, validation, and deployment\n into the release pipeline.
a. Develop and\n maintain CI / CD pipelines and release automation tools.
b. Implement best\n practices for release governance, change control, and rollback\n strategies.
c. Drive\n continuous improvement in release processes and tooling.
a. Identify and\n mitigate release risks, including technical debt, resource constraints,\n and cross-team dependencies.
b. Ensure\n compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and security\n protocols.
c. Partner with\n QA and validation teams to ensure robust testing coverage.
a. Serve as the\n central point of contact for all release-related communications.
b. Maintain\n detailed release documentation, including release notes, deployment\n guides, and change logs.
c. Provide\n regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on release status and\n issues.
