At Petrelli Previtera, we're looking for a Paralegal with the experience and hands-on skills to support our attorneys and clients. As a growing, nationally recognized family law firm, you will play a key role in legal document preparation, client communication, and administrative support. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless client experience, from filing pleadings to managing case-related support.

• Support the Legal Team : You'll work closely with attorneys, assisting in drafting and filing pleadings, organizing case files, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient workflows.
• Client-Focused Service : As the first point of contact for clients, your role is essential in providing superior customer service, making sure each client feels heard, respected, and well taken care of throughout their legal journey.
• Enhance Efficiency : You'll manage multiple responsibilities at once, using your organizational skills to streamline processes, ensure accurate documentation, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Working in tandem with attorneys, paralegals, and non-legal staff, you'll ensure that client cases are handled professionally and ethically, supporting smooth and efficient workflows.

The pay range for this role is :

50,000 - 65,000 USD per year(Hybrid (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US))
