Job Details

• Seeking a partner with financial services litigation experience (comp up to 250K dependent upon experience but only that high for someone with a lot of experience).
• Someone who can independently handle (and hopefully grow) a book of business, including formulating case litigation strategies, communicating them with the client (and carrier where applicable), overseeing and developing associates, and overseeing the billing functions surrounding those matters.

Comp : Partners are usually 1800 billable hours but it depends on the agreement. Bonuses might be built in quarterly based on hours. They are paid monthly draws and receive a K1 for the year. Flexible options to discuss
