GFT is seeking an Electrical Tunnel Team Leader to join our Electrical Practice. This role follows a hybrid work model at either of our New York, NY, Mechanicsburg, PA, Baltimore, MD, Philadelphia, PA, Fairfax, VA, East Brunswick, NJ or Washington, DC offices.

Gannett Fleming TranSystems' has been a tunnels leader, focusing on inspection, rehabilitation and design, and tunnel asset management. Additionally, we have demonstrated consistent leadership in the design of rail and transit projects across the country including stations, tunnels, maintenance facilities, and other maintenance-of-way structures.

What You'll Be Challenged To Do

As a Team Leader you will engage across a range of roadway and transit tunnel projects from inspection, design and design review, all the way through construction phase support. You will collaborate closely with our clients to provide innovative solutions for their transportation needs. You will also serve as a technical mentor to other members of the team, guiding them through complex project challenges.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

• Leading and coordination on multi-disciplined teams
• Project management and ownership of technical design and report development
• Providing expert engineering input into design and evaluation of technical outcomes and deliverables
• Serve as interface and liaison with the client attending progress meetings and producing reports

Compensation

The range for this position is salary range is $135,000 - $155,000 (USD). Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
