The Corporate Learning Specialist is responsible for delivery and evaluation of training programs at ACA. This role will focus mainly on leadership and organizational development training initiatives.

Summary / Objective

The Corporate Learning Specialist is responsible for delivery and evaluation of training programs at ACA. This role will focus mainly on leadership and organizational development training initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and hybrid training sessions at all levels of the organization using proven adult learning best practices and training methods to meet learning objectives
• Collaborate with leaders across the company and other members of the HR team to facilitate needs-based analysis and establish customized curriculum as needed
• Monitor learner feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other input, collaborating with the team to adjust materials and facilitation as needed
• Partner with a variety of key stakeholders in the planning and execution of Leadership Institute (ACA's leadership development program)
• Coordinate and facilitate new leader programming, new hire orientation and additional development programs with the training team
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.

Travel

This position will require up to 20% travel.
