What You’ll Do :
Greet patients with warmth and professionalismAssist with check-in / check-out and collect necessary forms or paymentsSchedule and confirm appointments using Dentrix dental softwareAnswer phones and address questions or route calls as neededVerify insurance information and assist with billing inquiriesMaintain accurate, confidential patient recordsCommunicate with the clinical team to keep patient care flowing smoothlyAssist with coding and billing using knowledge of ICD-10 and dental terminologyWhat We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent (Medical or dental admin certification is a plus!)1–2 years of experience in a dental office is preferredExperience with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is preferredExcellent clerical and organizational skillsStrong communication – verbal, written, and non-verbal – with a patient-first attitudeComfort working in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with dental / medical terminology and insurance processesAbility to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time effectivelyBilingual in Spanish and English is REQUIRED.If you’re passionate about helping others, love working with people, and want to be part of a dynamic dental team, we’d love to hear from you!
