Superintendent

Job Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations, promoting a secure work environment.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and resources to control costs and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Communicate progress updates to project managers and clients, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
- Lead project closeout activities, ensuring all punch list items are completed to satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have :
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with scheduling software and other construction management tools.A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards on-site.What's on Offer
