Job Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations, promoting a secure work environment.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and resources to control costs and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Communicate progress updates to project managers and clients, maintaining transparency and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Lead project closeout activities, ensuring all punch list items are completed to satisfaction.
