SCHEDULE : M-F Eve / Night, Sat & Sun Day, Eve, Night

RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION :

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

Home Health Aide certification from the New York State Education Department (NYSED) and a valid New York State Driver's License from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (NYSDMV).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Able to exert 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and / or up to 10 pounds constantly to aid in moving objects. Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
