Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and develop people strategies that drive results.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution.
Partner with hiring managers to attract, select, and onboard top talent.
Guide managers on setting goals, giving feedback, and conducting effective performance reviews.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
Assist with compensation reviews, succession planning, and workforce metrics.
