- Generate and finalize invoices for completed orders.
- Scan and organize documents for record-keeping and compliance.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to assist various departments.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to track customer interactions and order details.
- Proven experience in order entry and processing within a customer service role.
- Ability to handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Familiarity with invoicing systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of shipping processes and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in document scanning and management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
